When will my first edition ship?
Join by September 30 to receive the October edition. It will be mailed from South Boston at the beginning of October.
What comes in each size?
Small includes one 5×7-inch main watercolor and extras. Large includes one 8×10-inch statement print, one 5×7-inch print, and extras.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Use the Manage Subscription link in any Muse Mail email, or email lauren@musemail.club for help. Pause or cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Your subscription renews monthly until you pause or cancel it. Small is $10.80 per month and Large is $30 per month.
What is the return policy?
All prints and subscription charges are final sale. If your package arrives damaged, email Lauren and she’ll help make it right.
