How your prints get to you
Every Muse Mail letter is packed and mailed by hand. Here's exactly what to expect once you order.
We ship from Boston, Massachusetts
Every package leaves my studio in South Boston, MA.
Letters ship at the beginning of every month
Subscriptions bill at the start of each month and letters go out at the beginning of the month so everyone gets that month's collection around the same time. The October edition ships at the beginning of October.
You'll get tracking by email
As soon as your print ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it from my mailbox to yours.
A note on final sale: All prints are final sale — there are no returns or refunds on prints. If your package arrives damaged in transit, email me at lauren@musemail.club and we'll figure it out together.
