Autumn Mountainside

Painting on paper A mountainside ablaze with fall color — vivid reds, oranges, and golds tumble down the slope in dense, textured strokes, broken by deep greens and dark shadowed hollows. Above, a soft sky streaked with pink and lavender catches the last warm light of the day. Capturing the brief, brilliant peak of autumn foliage, this piece keeps the spontaneous energy of a painted sketch while reading clearly as a finished print.
